FAQs

If you have any other questions please feel free to reach out!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that everyone please RSVP by March 1st, 2026. This helps us share an accurate guest count with our vendors. If we do not receive an RSVP by that date, we will need to assume you are not attending. We truly hope you can celebrate with us, and appreciate your help in keeping everything organized.

Question

Are there any Italy-specific entry requirements for U.S. citizens?

Answer

Please ensure you have a valid passport for at least 6 months following travel. We recommend checking the official travel requirements for Italy a few weeks before departure, just to make sure there have been no changes to passport, visa or entry rules.

Question

How do you recommend getting to the Villa?

Answer

We recommend renting a car for flexibility, but if you prefer a private transfer to/from Ombroneta, we can provide you with local transportation contacts - just let us know!

Question

When is Check-In/Check-Out?

Answer

Check-In begins at 2:00pm on Friday, September 18th. If you arrive slightly early, you will still be able to use the facilities while you wait for your room to be ready. Check-Out will be at 11:00 AM on Monday, September 21st, 2026.

Question

Are children/babies welcome?

Answer

Yes, children and babies are welcome. We planned our venue with families in mind and are happy to have the little ones join us throughout the celebration. Baby cribs and cots are available upon request.

Question

Does the villa have breakfast?

Answer

Yes, a breakfast buffet is served daily with a selection of homemade breads, pastries, cereals, and fresh fruits. This is included with your stay. Farm fresh eggs can also be prepared upon request for an additional charge.

Question

What is there to do at the property?

Answer

We included some recommended activities in the "Things To Do" tab.

Question

What can we do for meals outside of planned events?

Answer

Outside of the planned wedding events, guests are welcome to enjoy meals on their own. If you would like to eat at the villa, optional group lunches and dinners can be arranged with the on-site restaurant. These meals would be at the guest’s expense and require advance planning so the venue can confirm the number of guests and the selected menu. If you prefer to explore local dining options, please note that any nearby restaurants or cafés are located in neighboring towns and would require transportation to reach.

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know in advance and we’ll be happy to accommodate them for any planned event meals (such as the welcome dinner, wedding reception, or pizza party).
