Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day - our dress code is semi-formal. Semi-formal attire encourages comfortable, polished and elevated looks. We kindly request no jeans or flip flops.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Yes! Please RSVP for each member of your family that will be attending.

Is the ceremony outside?

Answer

Yes. The ceremony will be outside, weather permitting. We have a backup plan to move the ceremony inside if necessary. We are planning for a 15-20 minute ceremony, with reception to follow indoors.

Are the ceremony and reception at different venues?

Answer

Both ceremony and reception are conveniently held at the same stunning venue, The Acreage, in Palmyra, NE. Ceremony will be 4:30-5:00, with dinner, drinks and dancing 5:00-11:00!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 PM. Please arrive 20-30 minutes before to allow enough time to find a seat and get settled.

What date do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you please RSVP by June 6th in order to get an accurate headcount and finalize outstanding details.

If I miss the RSVP date, am I still able to attend?

Answer

Unfortunately, if you miss the RSVP date, we will not be able to account for you or your family's attendance. The same goes for already submitted RSVPs, we ask that only the members you have RSVP'd for, accompany you to our special day.

Is there lodging in the area?

Answer

Lodging is limited around our venue due to its rather remote location. We recommend looking for accommodations in Lincoln or Omaha.

What type of food will be served during the reception?

Answer

We will have salty and sweet snacks during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet style dinner with a wide variety of meat and side dishes. Gluten free options will be available.
