Does the Union League of Philadelphia have a dress code?

Answer

The League maintains a dress code in all main areas of the City House. Gentleman must be in a sport coat when walking around the building on the main floors, ladies must be in the equivalent attire with appropriate length skirts/dresses or slacks. Denim and sneakers are not permitted when roaming the League's main floors. Guests are able to access their rooms at The Inn at The Union League in street clothes via the entrance on Sansom Street. Maybe we just post guidelines here that Casey sent?

Will there be transportation?

Answer

Yes transportation will be provided on the day of the wedding in accordance with the locations and times below. 2:15 PM HOTEL NAME to St John the Evangelist Church 2:15 PM The Inn at The Union League to St John the Evangelist Church Following the Ceremony, guests will be shuttled back to their hotels and picked up again at 5:30 PM for Cocktail Hour at The Union League We encourage guests, especially visitors to spend the short window between the ceremony and the reception grabbing a cocktail at one of our recommended local spots, they are all within walking distance of The Union League, weather permitting. There will be no transportation at the end of the night.
