Shuttle Service A complimentary shuttle will take you to and from the ceremony and reception, so you can celebrate without worrying about driving. Shuttle Schedule Shuttle Pick Up at Hotel-2:30 PM PROMPTLY Shuttle Drop Off at Hotel-9:30 PM Check-In & Check-Out Check-In: 3:00 PM or later. Early check-in isn’t guaranteed, but you can check in online through the Hilton app. You’ll get a text when your room is ready to check in from your phone, and after the wedding you can head straight to your room without stopping at the front desk!
