Please RSVP by August 14th at the latest, so we can give final numbers to the caterer!
Plan to arrive at 4:00pm so you can find a seat and get comfortable! The ceremony starts at 4:30pm.
The ceremony will be outdoors with the reception inside a barn, so we went for "country club" attire! What does that mean? Great question! Women: Dresses (sundress, cocktail, etc.), jumpsuits, skirts, slacks, platform/block/wedge heels (you can wear regular if you want, but the ceremony is on grass!), "nice" shoes, etc. Men: Tucked in collared shirts (button-downs & polos), sweaters, slacks, dress shorts, "nice" shoes, etc.
Due to the guest maximums & rules at our venue, we are keeping the wedding to those 16 and older by invitation.
We are having a buffet-style dinner with the following choices: - Tenderloin Filet of Beef Bourguignon (GF) - Herb Panko Crusted Chicken Paillard (GF) - Butternut Squash Ravioli (Vegetarian)
We will be having an open* bar during cocktail hour, which will then switch to a cash bar during the reception! *It will be a "bar by consumption", so we'll be putting a set amount in that should cover cocktail hour!
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception are at the same address. The barn has enough room for a good amount of cars, and if needed, you can continue a little further down the road to find more parking at Brooksby Farm!
We do have a registry page, or in lieu of gifts you can donate to our honeymoon fund if you'd like (Japan!) -- your presence is also enough of a gift to us!
The following are NOT allowed on the property: - Outside alcohol & marijuana (our wedding contract will immediately be terminated) - Balloons, rose petals, confetti, and candles
