Mardi Gras New Orleans Welcome Party

Attire: "New Orleans Fancy." Dress to impress as if you’re heading to a parade in the French Quarter. We’ll provide the masks, scarves, and beads—you just bring the style! “Laissez les bons temps rouler” (Let the Good Times Roll)
We’re bringing New Orleans to you! Get ready for a full Mardi Gras experience complete with a Second Line, brass music, and a family-style feast of Gumbo and Jambalaya. Custom Hurricanes and Old Fashioned signature drinks will be flowing all night.

Nos Belles are invited to join us for mimosas and a creative morning crafting custom flower crowns to wear for the day’s festivities.
Beachside Ceremony

Ceremony and Reception Attire: "Beach Formal" We request all guests join us by dressing in our wedding color palette (located on gallery page of our wedding website)
The Beach Ceremony & Resort Reception 3:00 PM | Poolside Gathering: Since we are all staying together at Coconut Cove Resort, let’s meet by the pool to kick things off! From there, we’ll take a quick, 5-minute stroll together to our ceremony at the Avalon entrance. 3:30 PM | Barefoot Vows: As we arrive at the sand, please use our Shoe Drop-Off Area to go barefoot. Seating: We have laid out beautiful sarongs in the sand for your seating. These are our gift to you—please take yours with you after the ceremony to enjoy for the rest of the weekend! Celebration: After the "I Dos" and a celebratory flower throw, we will head back to the resort for cocktail hour and a night of dinner and dancing. Accessibility & Comfort: We want everyone to enjoy the moment. If you are unable to make the walk or sit on the sand for health or mobility reasons, please let us know by [Date]. We will happily arrange a private ride to the ceremony and have chair seating waiting for you.

Join us back at Coconut Grove Resort to kick off the celebration! Upon arrival, please find your flower table setting name. Feel free to "drop it down" at any of the lovely tables located around the pool area to claim your seat for the evening. Check in at the Polaroid photo station to capture some memories and write your well wishes for the newlyweds. "Our reception is designed for mingling! Once you've placed your flower name card, feel free to wander, grab a drink, and enjoy the poolside atmosphere."
Le Souper & Celebration

Reggae Sunset Concert
