Hideout on the Horseshoe

All cabins are booked at the main venue, but there are still open spaces available to share! Please reach out to Caitlin or Grayum and we will help you find a spot.

Glamping anyone? We have all four of their cottages already booked for our guests-- please reach out to Caitlin or Grayum if you'd like to stay in one of those.

Flight

Austin or San Antonio airports

Austin and San Antonio airports are about equidistant from the venue. If prices are the same, we would suggest Austin because it will be easier to hitch a ride or coordinate with other guests.

Rental Car

Car Rentals or Rideshare

There is no public transportation from the airport to the Hideout. Options: --Rent a car (we recommend carpooling with friends-- let us know if you need help coordinating!) --Take a Lyft/Uber-- in our very unscientific research this cost $70-$90 each way and we'd recommend scheduling the return trip in advance
