Friends and family, Rest assured, we are taking the COVID pandemic very seriously. Our venue has put in place many new procedures to help host a safe wedding for us and our guests on September 12, 2020. Soho63 is following the guidance of the CDC and the Event Safety Alliance Reopening Guide, which provides recommendations on processes to provide safe services to guests. They have purchased mobile sanitation stations, and installed two stationary stations at the entrances of the building. They also have processes in place to sanitize high touch areas every 45 minutes during events. Masks are strongly encouraged unless you are seated, and will be available at the venue as well. All staff, including bartending partners and catering teams, will be wearing masks and gloves during events for the foreseeable future. All food stations will be served by venue staff. You will be able to spread out during the ceremony to create social distancing, and we will be spreading out the tables for the dinner/reception. We are decreasing the number of chairs we put at each table as well. If you’d plan to only attend the ceremony, that is totally understandable, please just let us know if you are not staying for the dinner/reception. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have additional questions! We do ask that you update your RSVP prior to August 20th, 2020, so that we can plan accordingly. XOXO, Caitlin & Gary
