What is the attire for the evening?

Answer

We kindly ask that you wear formal attire for the evening. This can include, but is not limited to midi and maxi dresses, suits, and pantsuits.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your kids, we respectfully request an adults-only celebration throughout the ceremony and reception, but we hope you can still join us!

Are there any hotel accommodations?

Answer

Yes! We have a select number of rooms blocked at the Groton Inn. To access the block, please locate the "Things To Do" tab on our website and click on 'View'. Additional information can be found on our "Travel" page.

How will I get to-and-from the venue?

Answer

We have rented a bus service that will operate twice throughout the evening; Once after the ceremony and another after the reception. The first service will pick guests up at St. James Church following the conclusion of mass at 5PM, and will drop-off at The Barn to kickoff the reception. Additionally, the bus is available to drop guests off at the Groton-Inn at the end of the night. Unfortunately, the bus cannot drop off guests who are staying in hotels other than The Groton Inn. We kindly ask that you please find your own transportation to the Church, as our bus service cannot accommodate for this.
