Shuttle
June 26, 2026 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm
A shuttle will be provided for guests staying at the hotel as part of our wedding room block. Please be ready to board the shuttle by 5:00 PM. The shuttle will depart from the hotel promptly at 5:15 PM for the reception venue. A return shuttle from The Meadow Wood to the hotel will depart at 11:00 PM. Please note that shuttle services will be provided to and from the reception only. Guests are kindly asked to arrange their own transportation to and from the ceremony.
