The events of the weekend will all take place at Fiesta Americana Hacienda Galindo. The code below can be applied to reservations for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights, allows you to book ANY of the room types for the SAME rate, and includes a breakfast buffet for two for each morning of your stay -- all for approximately $205 US dollars per night. That said, there may be less expensive rates available through other promotions on the site, so feel free to explore without the code. Flight

Querétaro International Airport (QRO)

We recommend flying into Querétaro Intercontinental Airport. Most major cities in the U.S. have connecting flights through Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, or Mexico City. The airport is 30-45 minutes from Hacienda Galindo. The best option (in terms of both time and money) is using your Uber app to call a car (if you have cell service in Mexico) or using the taxi stand at the airport. Those interested in sight-seeing in the region (and there's much to see!) should consider renting a car. Otherwise, you shouldn't need one.

Flight

Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juárez (MEX)

If you prefer a direct flight or are looking for different flight options and rates, consider flying into Mexico City. This airport is roughly two and a half hours from the venue. There are buses that travel from Mexico City directly to Queretaro center (from which you could take a taxi to the venue), or you can rent a car and make the drive yourself. If there's a large enough group flying into Mexico City, we can also help coordinate a private van or bus. Please include your flight details when you RSVP!
