We have decided to keep our wedding and reception as an adults-only event due to limited space. As much as we love your little ones, we hope you understand!
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm. We ask that everyone arrive by 3:15 so we can start on time.
We have listed the location of the wedding on the invitations and our website. If you choose to stay at our selected hotel, the venue is approximately 6-10 minutes away. If driving West on Route 31, turn left onto Roaring Run Road. PRF is less than 1 mile on your right. If driving East on Route 31, turn right onto Roaring Run Road. PRF is less than 1 mile on your right. There is a large gravel parking lot next to the wooden fence to park at. DO NOT park in front of the barn.
Yes! Our ceremony will be held outdoors with cocktail hour to follow under the covered patio. If it is raining the day of, guests will sit at their assigned tables in the barn and the immediate family will sit under the covered patio where the ceremony will take place. The reception will be held in an open air barn. There is no AC in the barn but it does house fans. The whole venue is ADA approved and handicap accessible (and heel friendly!). There are two wheelchairs at the venue that guests may use.
We would love to see our family and friends dress up! We are requesting semi-formal attire for our wedding. This includes dresses or pantsuits for women, and suits or a nice pair of jeans and a button down for men. Please no hats! Please feel free to wear any color other than white! The bridesmaids will be in shades of blue and the groomsmen will be in navy blue suits.
We would like everyone to RSVP by August 6, 2025. If you do not RSVP by that date, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you, however we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.
If you received a plus one, your guests name is listed on your invitation and/or will appear under your name when you go to RSVP on the website. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close family and friends.
We are having an unplugged ceremony. All cellphones should be put away during the ceremony. We will have a professional photographer there to capture the moment and we will share the photos with you as soon as we can! We want our guests to be 100% present with us at this moment. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many pictures as you please as long as you promise to send them to us at the end of the night!
No. We believe you don't need alcohol to have a good time! We will be providing water, tea, and lemonade. There will be a cash bar available if you wish to drink!
