A shuttle will run to the venue from the hotel, there will only be one pick up time for each hotel. The Comfort Inn & Suites pick up time will be 4:00 PM and the Hyatt Regency pick up time will be 4:15 PM.

There are 13 single king rooms and 12 double queen rooms. The double queens are $105 a night. You can call the hotel from 11am-3pm Monday-Friday and ask for Kim to make reservations. If Kim is not there you can leave a message and Kim will get back to you. A shuttle will come and pick guests up at the hotel at 4:00 PM.
