Where are you getting Married?
Answer
We are getting Married at the Hazel Robinson Amphitheatre in Asheville (Montford District). home to the Montford Park Players. It's where we met and it's our "summer home" away from home.

what is the address of the venue and where do I go once I'm there?
Answer
92 gay St. Asheville, NC 28801 please use this address when using GPS. This will ensure you are taken to the proper parking area. this will take you behind the Montford community Center into a 3 tier parking lot. Park in any of the 3 lots. (please message Caitlin, Darren or Deanna for info on Accessibility parking). Follow the path through the gate past the restrooms. There will be red and white balloons so you know you are in the right spot

Is the wedding outside?
Answer
Yes. The ceremony and reception are both outside

What's the dress code?
Answer
honestly, we don't really care. Be as dressed up or down as you'd like. We're just happy you are there to celebrate with us.

what will you have for seating?
Answer
If you know the Amphitheatre, you know that we don't have built in chairs, only a grassy tiered hillside. Feel free to bring a chair like you would for a show or something to sit on

what happens if it rains?
Answer
Bring an umbrella. but seriously, we will keep an eye on the weather. If there is a serious threat of rain, we will put up as many canopy tents as we can get out hands on and everyone will just have to get real friendly. We are outdoor theatre people. We are used to getting a little wet. the show must go on!

is there handicapped parking?

Accessibility parking is available behind the theatre. please reach out to Caitlin, Darren, or Deanna with instructions for Accessibility parking.

can my kids come?

absolutely! there is a lot of room for them to run around

are you registered anywhere?
Answer
no. We have already established a home together and have more than we have room for. We aren't in need of anything. in lieu of gifts please consider donating to our honeymoon fund

What's on the menu?
Answer
we have decided to do a potluck style reception. We will provide some sort of Meat and basic beverages. (also feel free to BYOB)

If I'm bringing a dish for the reception, what do I do with it
Answer
We will have a designated person and/or table to hand off your dish to and a member of the Wedding crew will take it from there! if you're concerned about getting it there safely, please message us about backstage drop off.
