We met through Caitlin's co-worker which happened to be Dan's next door neighbor. After a Thanksgiving Day first text conversation, weeks of communicating, and CFA level one test- we went on our first date....Pizza at 850 and a Warren Miller movie at the Ridgefield Playhouse.

Prior to meeting Dan, Caitlin never imaged she would enjoy the outdoors. Hiking and fly-fishing were not on her radar. But that quickly changed when we met. Through out dating, we would commonly escape Dan's studying with quick visits to the river or mountains. It became our most precious time together. On November 11, 2018 we went on one of our common hikes at Lover's Leap New Milford. There with complete strangers, to capture the moment Dan proposed! Caitlin couldn't say yes fast enough! We can not wait to have the same last name!
