Why aren’t you blocking rooms for your guests?

Answer

Room blocks are put in place to ensure guests book at one or two hotels. Charleston has so many amazing lodging options, we do not want to restrict you to a specific venue. Room blocks are not always a discount either. We want our guests to have the ability to choose and customize their stay. I cannot stress reserving lodging as early as possible, especially if you’re looking at one of the more luxurious options in downtown Charleston or planning to stay at a beach house in Isle of Palms, Sullivans or Foley Beach

Which airport/airline should I use?

Answer

Charleston International Airport supports many different direct airlines. Specifically from the Northeastern US, look at Breeze or JetBlue. Allegiant Air also offers direct flights from other locations outside of the NorthEast.

Question

Do I need to rent a vehicle?

Answer

This is your decision. There will be enough travel options (Uber, Lyft) if you only plan on staying for the welcome event and wedding Ceremony/Reception. If you’re staying for a longer duration or want to do some exploring, then renting a car could be a good move
