What is the dress code?
Answer
We’d love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best semi-formal cocktail attire. Bright springtime colours are encouraged :) The wedding party will be wearing shades of green. Please no jeans/denim & avoid shades of white.

Can I bring a guest/date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm. Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Can we bring our children?
Answer
We love your kiddos, but we are asking guests to refrain from bringing kids unless otherwise stated on the invitation, we are hoping this is a much deserved night off for the parents!

What do I do if I can’t make it?
Answer
You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “will not attend” so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Where do I park?
Answer
Please park to the left of the club's main entrance. There is plenty of parking right outside of the pavilion.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you - get ready to party!! For this reason we encourage you to Uber/we drive or cab to and from the venue. Please make sure you have a way to get home safely.

Is the wedding outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will occur outdoors in the Tuscan Garden, just behind the pavilion. However, if it rains (fingers crossed it doesn't), Club Roma does have a backup plan to move the ceremony to a sheltered area.

How do I RSVP and when by?
Answer
Please RSVP by February 19, 2025. You can RSVP here on this website through the RSVP page. Just search your first and last name and follow the prompts!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for the ceremony. We have a great photographer and will absolutely share theses photos will you!
