Dave and CJ met as scrawny little bros in their college weight lifting class first semester freshman year at Wazzu. They quickly bonded over Pullman water (which really built our muscles, who needs weights). Their friendship grew all throughout college from tour de frat, keg stands on roller blades, mikes dirty basement, to skipping class and burning couches because “CJ will you look back on this day and remember what you learned in class or do you want to go do something you will remember” (Tour de frat crew team Phi Tau)

Ryan and CJ met before their memories could be formed. Ryno, a few years younger than CJ, went through most of Echo school together. They ran the neighborhoods of Echo like the cartoon Rocketpower. CJ would mostly pull Ryno behind his bike while Ryno was on a razor scooter tied to the bike. They also thought they were BMX bike riders for a time, many crashes later that ended. They could slay on the old Nintendo and 64. Double trouble CJ and Ryno were when they were together. Ryno’s kryptonite is folding chairs. Cousin. GDI.

Zane Wise

Zane and CJ met through a lonely Facebook post of him looking for roommates going into their doctor of physical therapy program. They both showed up to their house showing hungover… did they just become best friends… yup. Zane and CJ grew their friendship immensely through grad school, he really became CJs big little brother. Zane and CJ share a passion for the outdoors and have spent many adventures together in the woods. Zane still owes CJ 100 shot burpees from the Cougs always beating up on the Beaves in football. Zane and CJ are proof that they give doctorate degrees to hicks from the sticks. Sigma Chi.

One “t” Mat and CJ met when he was recruitment chair for SAE. But then CJ had to sadly single handedly kick him out of SAE for trying to have too much “T” and fight brothers. All jokes aside, Mat and CJ kicked it off together in the fraternity, just not in his. CJ would always get messages from Mat in the middle of a party asking me to come and find him.. CJ wanting to check on him would show up to Mat having girls surround him and him saying “CJ lift up your shirt so we can have them tell us who has a better 6 pack”. (Tour de frat crew team not SAE but Phi Delt)

Marshall Tolbert

Officer T and CJ met through daily walks to class with Dave Mobley (they were all in the Kinesiology program together). CJ and Marshall spent quiet a few workouts together taking heaping helpings of pre workout with an occasional beer to prep for the hard lifting day. Marshall and CJ would gang up when trying to wrestle drunk Dave. (Tour de frat crew team Fiji)

Kellen Drake

CJ and Kellen met while working at ProFormance physical therapy in Pullman Washington. They were the best rehab techs the field has ever seen. They ended up being long lost distant cousins but best of all they were great friends. If picturing these two as animals… CJ would be a mature heavy antlered 4x5 mule deer buck while Kellen would be a skinny antlered 2x3. Kellen is a local to Chewelah Washington. Kellen was also a big proponent to wing manning the Groom at his 30th birthday to the bride to be. All the dances. GDI.

Vincent Weibel

Vincent and CJ met as roommates in Walla Walla. Vincent quickly became the master chef and CJ the eager learner. CJ as the learner basically just ate the food that was deliciously made. CJ and Vincent would spend multiple hours in the garage, not doing karate, but working on random projects. Well CJ would mostly distract Vincent from completing his homework projects, but it was all in good fun. Most nights were spent watching sci-fi movies, GOT, old James Bond, or Mandalorian. Vincent is actually “Magneato”. GDI.

Connor Poopyheada and CJ met when Connor was swaddled in a blanket and CJ was 6. Connor’s Dad made sure CJ washed his dirty little child hands before holding precious. Connor grew up like CJs little brother. They were inseparable from spending time in swim team super speedos, working on the family farm with their grandpa and great uncle, hunting anything and everything, to taking Connor to his first college frat party. Connor is always down for a good adventure, even if it’s not a good idea. Cousin. SAE.

RJ Ramos

RJ and CJ also met before they could form many memories. RJ joined CJ at Wazzu and they made sooo many memories that they can’t remember. They housed together in a family affordable apartment living and participated in real life fruit ninja most nights. Some might say that they are kissing cousins, only because they played chicken one Christmas Eve and well neither of them were chicken. One “t” Mat would be jealous of this encounter. Cousin. SAE.
