Chris & Caitlin's Stay in Florence

These are the dates and times Chris & Caitlin will be landing and departing Florence. We will update events on the days we will be staying in Florence for you to join us if you would like to. But by all means make the trip your own if you are traveling to Italy. We would love to have you join for anything on top of the ceremony that you would like to!

Rooftop Ceremony at Hotel Calimala in Florence

6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

If you decide to bring your children to Italy, I’m sorry the ceremony is only for adults. The ceremony is cocktail attire, with a sunset color pallete theme (See notes below for color guide/ideas). The city of Florence has a lot of cobblestone, so if you want to walk to the ceremony or walk around with us afterwards be mindful of what shoes you wear so you are your most comfortable.

We will have an open bar with beer, wine, prosecco, and soft drink options. To eat we will have a four course meal. There will be an appetizer, a pasta dish, an entree, and dessert. We will update closer to the wedding what the options will be for each course. If you are wondering if your chosen attire color fits the sunset theme, here are some examples/suggestions: fiery warms (burnt orange, peach, coral, red, rust, terracotta), muted pinks (dusty rose, blush, mauve), fading purples (lavender, plum, magenta), golden accents (amber, mustard yellow, metallic gold, bronze), and cool contrasts (navy blue, sky blue). No black, gray, silver, or white please!
