How should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by July 1, 2026 so we can plan accordingly!

When do we need to RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP’s must be sent in no later than July 1, which is the last day for the 50% accommodation down payment to be made.

What is the cost for the weekend accommodation?

Answer

$299+hst per guest for the weekend. This includes meals (apart from our reception dinner), lodging, and use of camp amenities! Children 4 and under are free!

How do we pay for our accommodation?

Answer

E-transfers with first and last name of $337.87 to be sent to Stephanie Iezzi. If not e-transferring she can also take cash payment. She will be collecting then sending over to venue. If preferred, payment can be split in two. First payment of 50% - 168.93 is due July 1. Second payment of other 50% - 168.93 is due Sept 1. stephanieiezzi@yahoo.com

Do you have a wedding registry?

Your presence is the best gift we could ask for. If you wish to give something more, we would be so grateful for a contribution toward our honeymoon.

How Will the Cabins Work?

Answer

There are a total of 16 cabins on site and we are expecting roughly 60 guests. This means approximately 3/cabin. Most of these cabins are large enough to fit 16-20 people, so needless to say each person will have tons of personal space!

There is running water that is drinkable and full bathrooms in all of the cabins. Wifi is available at the lodge. There are working outlets everywhere throughout cabins and lodge. Have a question not answered? Please reach out to Caitlin or Caleb!

What to pack?

Answer

This weekend in October is usually known for still being mild, but it will definitely cool off at night! This is a summer camp which means bringing all of your camp gear! We recommend : Personal use bedding - sheets and comforter/sleeping bag Pillow Towels Warm clothes for layering Umbrella (just in case!) Sunglasses Ear plugs *we will have bedding to provide for those who are flying in* We will also have special care bags made up with some personal care items for each camper to ensure your comfort for the weekend!

Are kids welcome?

Yes, children are welcome to attend our wedding celebration! It is your choice :) Kids under 3 are free for the weekend.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. We suggest cocktail dresses for women and suits (tie optional) for men.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance. Email caitlinpeel@yahoo.com with subject “Wedding Food Allergies”

Will there be alcohol?

Beer and coolers will be provided by us Friday and Saturday for all campers. There will be a cocktail hour after the ceremony followed by beer/coolers/wine at the reception.

Yes, you are welcome to bring a plus one! Please indicate their attendance when you RSVP.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there will be parking available at the camp.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!
