$250 per person deposit is required to secure a reservation.

What are the cancelation penalties?

For any cancellations, Fox World Travel charges the following fees (not covered by insurance) in addition to any vendor fees: • From time of deposit to time of departure - $50.00 per person Penalties apply to each individual traveler or for space cancelled beyond reduction allowances. Client is responsible for any penalties assessed by vendor. • Time of deposit to September 4, 2025 (139 days) – No penalty • From September 5 to October 4, 2025 (138 - 111 days) – 10% per room penalty • From October 5 to November 16, 2025 (110 - 66 days) – 30% per room penalty • From November 17, 2025 (65 days) to time of departure - No refunds
