When is the RSVP deadline?

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both indoors.

Is there parking available?

Answer

There is parking available at the hotel, chapel, and reception space. For our out of town guests we welcome you to use the shuttle.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail. A balance between Caitlin's love of fancy and Brian's love of flip flops.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Weather has a large range for fall in the South, anywhere from 50-90 degrees. We have seen both sides. Please refer to your favorite weather app and check Bella Vista, Arkansas and Springdale, Arkansas for the main events.

Are plus-ones allowed?

Answer

We aren't allowing plus-ones at our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Are children welcome?

Answer

We would love to include everyone's children but due to space restrictions we cannot. There will be children in attendance. Please discuss with Brian or Caitlin separately.

Are pictures allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos during the ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day.

What type of food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour, followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entrée. There'll be a steak, chicken, or vegetarian (pasta) option to choose when you RSVP. We'll also have dessert and after-party snacks for those attending the late-night festivities.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes. Please enjoy the evening on us. Please bring cash for additional tips for bartenders if you feel generous.

What drinks will be available?

Answer

There will be wine and specialty wine cocktails available in addition to water, tea, and lemonade. Hard liquor is not allowed on the premises. *Guests who plan to drink alcohol will need to present ID to bartender*

Is there a wedding registry?

Answer

No, we do not have a registry. Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for!

Are cash gifts allowed?

Answer

Yes, cash gifts are allowed. A card box will be present at the wedding for your convenience.
