When Should I RSVP to the Wedding By?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than June 30th, 2023.

When Can Guests Start Arriving?

Guest may start arriving at the venue at 4 pm.

Should I Eat Before The Wedding?

Answer

There will be small snacks during Cocktail hour starting at 5:00pm and Dinner will be served at 6:30pm. If there are any allergies, please reach out to Caitlin at 630-429-5271.

Is There a Dress Code?

Answer

The dress code is garden attire (also known as an in between semi formal and semi casual). The couple asks please no jeans and to remember that the ceremony will be in grass when it comes to shoes. If you need more information on what to wear, please feel free to call Caitlin at 630-429-5271.

Can I Bring My Own Booze?

Answer

There will be an open bar at this wedding. The venue does not allow outside alcohol to be brought to the wedding and it will be confiscated. To save everyone the hassle, please do not bring your own alcohol.

Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

Caitlin and Brad love kids, but would love to have their guests enjoy their night with them without having to worry about taking care of kids. They ask that kids stay at home. Kids are fun, yes they are, but they are not fun by the bar.

Will Transportation Be Provided?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle from the Hampton Inn Hotel to Bluestem Farm and Events. A schedule will be posted at the hotel and at the venue. You are more than welcome to use the shuttle or drive yourself!

Is There Parking at the Venue?

Answer

Yes! Please look out for the Bluestem Staff for where to park. They will be directing all guests and vendors.

How Will Food Be Served?

Answer

Food will be served bullet style with some BBQ styled food. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let Caitlin know at 630-429-5271
