Check-in

Standard check-in time is between 3 pm and 10 pm. We know people may be coming in from different destinations, so we please arrive whenever is best for you. Anders and I will be looking to arrive at 3pm to check-in for the family. If people plan to arrive earlier, we will see if the Villa will allow us to store baggage ahead of check-in time at 3 pm.

We will have breakfast ahead of our boat ride to Capri. Sail Boat Ride to the islands of the Gulf of Naples
10:00 am - 6:00 pm

We suggest bringing a swimming suit along.
8-hour cruise and exploration in Capri, Ischia and Procida CRUISE HIGHLIGHT Capri coastline, Faraglioni towering rocks, Natural Arch, Marina Piccola Bay, Blue Grotto, White Grotto, Punta Carena Lighthouse, Villa Malaparte, and the Saracen forts. Lunch at a local taverna by the sea (Optional) Drop-off on the island (3/4 Hours) INCLUDED SERVICES: Welcome on board Aperitif and beach towels We will arrange for more beverages and snacks for the boat

Wedding brunch at the villa

Pre-wedding Preparations

During this time everyone can relax, be by the pool, and enjoy a nice day before the symbolic ceremony. We are working on recommendations for a make up and hair artist to come to the villa for any of the women interested. More information to come.
Ceremony
6:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Formal: Suits and gown dresses.
Keep in mind we will likely be on grass during the ceremony, when selecting attire and shoe options. The ceremony will begin around 6pm. We anticipate the ceremony to be about 20 minutes and will have bench seating during this portion of the celebration.
Aperitif at Sunset
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
We will have appertifs available after the formal ceremony and before dinner. We will be able to take pictures, enjoy live music, and watch the sun set.
Dinner and Live Music
7:30 pm - 11:45 pm

We will enjoy a nice meal outside (if weather permits - otherwise we will dine inside).
