Alex and Caitlin matched on Bumble in July 2021. After a couple of great dates, Alex decided they should focus on being “just friends.” What followed was a year full of movie nights, nonstop hangouts, and some truly unimpressive dates with other people—until they finally accepted the obvious and made it official in September 2022. Since then, they’ve traveled together to Santa Fe, Oklahoma City, Denver, Arkansas, Arizona, and New York City, making memories (and visiting Meow Wolfs and movie theaters) everywhere they go. Alex and Caitlin got engaged in NYC in September 2025 and will be married in a private ceremony in Las Vegas on February 21. They’re excited to celebrate with friends and family at their Dallas reception on May 2 and are grateful to have so many people they love along for the ride.
