Where is the wedding taking place?
Answer
The wedding ceremony and reception will be at Cool Water Events in Emmett Idaho. 3160 Cool Water Ln, Emmett, ID 83617.

What time is the ceremony? What time is the reception?
Answer
The Ceremony arrival will begin at 6:00. Please arrive by 5:30. Ceremony will start shortly after. Please arrive on time and find a seat. Cocktail hour will follow after ceremony at 6:30. Reception will begin at 7:00.

What is the dress code? What should I wear?
Answer
We ask that you wear semi-formal but weather appropriate attire. Wear something you’re comfortable in—button-up shirts, flowy dresses, or whatever brings you joy. Our wedding theme is dusty blue, floral, and neutrals.

What weather should I expect?
Answer
Our ceremony will be held outside in the late summer. Please expect warm, sunny weather. Our reception will be held inside.

What should I expect after the ceremony?
Answer
After the ceremony- we will have refreshments and snacks before the reception. The bar will be open. During this time mingle, take a picture, play some yard games! Reception will be held around 7:00.

Will transportation be provided? Is there easy parking at the venue(s)?
Answer
We are not providing any formal transportation for the event, but our ceremony and reception are taking place in the same location. There is ample parking for those who feel comfortable driving, and Lyft is a great option for those who don’t. Please stay safe and default to a ride service or carpooling if you plan to drink.

Can I bring my kids? Will there be a babysitter?
Answer
Yes, Kids are welcome to join. We ask that you keep a close eye on your children- our event is on the Payette river with a slope that pretty steep to the water! There is a children's room that children can go to but they must be supervised in this room!

Answer
Please refer to your invitation. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
Answer
There are plenty of hotel options in Boise, Meridan, and surrounding areas. More information is to come.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
Answer
We’ll be serving light snacks during cocktail hour, followed by a delicious dinner, and of course dessert.
