When should I RSVP by? Do I need to mail it back?

No need to mail it back! Just RSVP with the QR code on the back of your invite by 9/12/2025!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd prefer neutral, earthy tones but come dressed your best in semi- formal! This includes floor length dresses, dressy separates, khakis, or suit and tie.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love kids, this will be an adults only celebration! Please make arrangements for younger children.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is ample parking on property directly in front of the venue!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Most of the night will take place indoors, but a few components of our wedding will take place on an outdoor patio.

Dinner will be served buffet style with options including steak, chicken, and sides.

Smoking Policy:

Please NO Smoking on property unless in designated spots. The venue is very strict in regards to this due to The Black Barn being located on a farm.

Can I take Photos and Videos during the Ceremony?

We ask that you be present in the moment and let our photographer handle the photos and videos! We’ll be sure to share with you later!

Please let the couple know if there are any aversions, so that we may be able to accommodate.

Do I need to travel from Reception to Ceremony?

No, The Black Barn will be the location for the entirety of our celebration! (Address; 2017 Gregory Road)

What do I do if I need a hotel room? Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

We have booked a Hotel Block for everyone with the Hyatt Place Orlando Airport. The "Travel" page will have all the necessary information to book using the discounted rate. This is our preferred hotel, but it is not mandatory to book and alternative options are listed. The Hotel Block includes complimentary transportation to and from the airport and a complimentary breakfast. **Alternative transportation will need to be booked for travel to and from the venue.**
