The ceremony will take place outside of the Port Royal Clubhouse. *Please Remember* If you are staying at the Westin, a complimentary shuttle will be offered. This shuttle holds 12 passengers and loops every 8-10 minutes. Since this shuttle is open to other guests at the hotel, it's recommended to catch the shuttle by 3:00pm for the 3:30pm ceremony.
4:15 pm - 9:00 pm
Semi Formal
We'll have a mostly indoor reception, but our room will open up to the veranda as well. This way we can still enjoy the outdoors if the temperature doesn't come down too low. We're asking everyone to stick around immediately following the ceremony for a group photo. We're excited to capture a moment with all of our guests! We'll have a cocktail hour starting at 4:15pm. We look forward to Emerald Empire Band joining us as our entertainment for the night. Don't miss the vintage photo setup inside - this is where you'll sign the guest book with your best (or worst) printed photo!
