When should I RSVP by?

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are not registered for gifts anywhere. We are renovating our home and hoping to fund a honeymoon if you would like to help with that! Head on over to our 'registry' tab for further information and to donate!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at 4pm for our VIP Welcome Reception! Drinks, Food, and Fun await you! If you are taking the shuttle from the hotel, please plan to board the shuttle by 3:45pm. The shuttle will leave no later than 4pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear festive garden party attire with comfortable shoes. You don't need to go formal, think festive and for the weather. No shorts, please.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Please note, there are various terrains, and it is a large, open area with ponds. There will be lots to see and do for little ones but you'll want to keep an eye on them!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

There is a room block available at TowneSuites West Bend. 262.357.6600 Please make sure to mention the HJELSAND-BAIER WEDDING ROOM BLOCK. Additional hotels in West Bend do not have BLOCKS available but here are a few: Hampton Suites: 262-438-1500 Country Inn and Suites: 262-334-9400 Comfort Inn and Suites: 262-423-6036 Hotels Near Richfield/Germantown (approximately 50 minutes from Solu Estate): Country Inn and Suites: 262-293-6948 Best Western Germantown Inn: 262-502-9750

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

There will be gluten-free, vegetarian, and a variety of items available. If you need to make further accommodations, please call our wedding planner, Mama Sue, at 262-388-2267 or make the note when you RSVP. Thank you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking at the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! For those staying at the TowneSuites West Bend, a shuttle will take guests to and from the event. Please note: There is ONE RUN for the shuttle to the event at 3:45pm. There will be multiple runs back to the hotel with the last being at 11:30pm.
