Things To Do

The Duo Coffee & Cocktail Bar

36-20 Main Street, Flushing, NY 11354

One of our go-to coffee shops, a short walk from the venue. The honey comb oat milk latte and strawberry matcha are delicious!

Tangram

133-33 39th Avenue, Flushing, NY 11354

A new mall with a movie theater, a modern food court with mostly East Asian restaurants, an arcade, and a cat cafe. Check out Xi'an Famous Foods, a street food restaurant that started in Flushing, and now has locations throughout the city.

Queens Botanical Garden

43-50 Main Street, Flushing, NY 11355

Our local botanical garden has a paved path and grassy areas to walk around in. It will be a beautiful time of year to check out the spring blooms!

Nan Xiang Soup Dumplings - Flushing

39-16 Prince Street, Flushing, NY 11354

This is a good spot for freshly made dumplings, with some vegan and vegetarian options, and plenty of seating.

Xing Fu Tang Flushing

40-52 Main Street, Flushing, NY 11354

Of the many boba shops in town, this is one of our favorites! They make fresh tapioca boba in their store window, and also have oat milk teas. The brown sugar boba is their specialty.

OFF-PEAK COFFEE

38-19 Main Street, Flushing, NY 11354

After trying this for the first time today, we got home and immediately had to add it to the website! It's a take-out only coffee and tea spot with really creative and delicious drinks that are not too sweet. The berry jazz is a fun tea option :)
