Our love story began January 2023 when we both swiped right on Bumble. From the very beginning, the conversations were easily flowing, so much so that our first date lasted over three hours! At the time, Cait was living downtown Chicago and Nick was in Carol Stream. Quite some distance apart from one another, we're still unsure sometimes how our paths crossed but there's no doubt it was meant to be!
From the very beginning, Nick was so eager about planning that very next date and that was one of the first things Cait admired about him, outside of his good looks & charm, of course <3
After many dates, travel & never a hesitation in the relationship, Nick asked Cait & Lola to move in with him. Eight months into the relationship, and after 10 years of city living, Cait & Lola moved to Carol Stream! Just about two years later, Nick got down on one knee at their home (with Lola by their side) & asked Cait to marry him & it was the best day of their lives - until wedding day, of course!!!
