Where is the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception?

Answer

All will be hosted at Arbor Midtown, so no need to worry about traveling from place to place! Arbor Midtown is located at 183 E Main St, Rochester, NY 14604

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is Cocktail Attire (semi-formal). What we recommend for men: suit and tie with dress shoes. What we recommend for women: cocktail dresses or nice jumpsuits. Please refrain from wearing any shade of white/cream and pale colors that look white.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

How do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please click the "RSVP" tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. If the envelope says "and guest", just type in your guest's first and last name.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Unfortunately, this will be a 21+ year old event. We encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Where do I park?

Answer

Our venue has free on-site valet at the front of the building! We encourage guests to walk from the hotels nearby, or uber/lyft from farther hotels/airbnbs.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

No, as the two hotels are within the same block, we felt that transportation was not necessary. If you are traveling from a farther hotel/airbnb we encourage you to utilize the free valet or uber/lyft to safely get to/from your accommodations!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony- meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you would like and don't forget to share them with us!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you- get ready to party! For this reason we encourage you to walk or uber/lyft to and from the venue. Please make sure you have a way to get home safely.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be all be indoors. No need to worry about the weather!
