What time should I arrive at the reception?

5 o' clock is when the reception starts and it ends at 10!

Is there a dress code?

If you could wear sundresses or floral dresses, and polo or button-up shirts and pants!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please let us know as soon as you are able and we will accommodate your needs!!

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

Yes! You can park at B.C. Brewery. There is also a light rail stop right outside the venue if you prefer to take the light rail!

Are kids welcome?

Unfortunately we are not permitted to have kids join us at B.C. brewery.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception?

Answer

We won't provide transportation to/from B.C. Brewery, but there are many hotels within a mile or 2 from the reception.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have room blocks at the hotels under the 'Travel' tab, but there are many other options around the reception, including: Hunt Valley Inn (1.4 miles away) Embassy Suites by Hilton (1.5 miles away) Courtyard Baltimore Hunt Valley (1.6 miles away) Residence Inn Baltimore Hunt Valley (1.3 miles away) Holiday Inn Express Hunt Valley (1.6 miles away)
