Our love story starts, like all the great love stories these days, on Hinge, the app that's meant to be deleted. Cait had just finished with a series of truly horrible first dates when out of the blue comes a message in French from the charming “Prince of Morocco.” After using Google translate to decode the message, which said something about “twinkle in the eye and a beautiful smile,” she gave him a shot. After the first date, Cait was relieved that Jamal actually spoke English and was, in fact, taken aback by his warm spirit and sweet way. Jamal walked away curious about this “finance girl” and hoped that they could meet again. Something kept them coming back for more. Jamal is the heart and Cait is the head, and together it just makes sense. Looking back now, it's quite humbling to think what we were about to embark upon— surviving a global pandemic in a studio apartment in Chelsea. Well, good news, no one killed each other and here we are…getting married in Morocco! Morocco holds a special place in our hearts and we can’t wait to experience it with all of you in October. PS - When Jamal was a 6-year- old, he actually had a dream that he would marry a blonde lady from Ohio. All dreams do come true!
