Do I need to stay at the Majestic Mirage?
Answer
Yes please! We chose a destination wedding because we want to spend quality time with you, our closest friends and family. It is our request that you stay at the resort right along with us! That said, there are rare circumstances when a guest cannot stay at the wedding resort. We ask that you inform us and Romance Travel Group ASAP. We need this information to inform the resort of off-site guests, of which we can only accommodate a limited number. Please also be aware that off-site guests may be required to pay a fee ($100-200) to enter the resort.

What is included at the all inclusive?
Answer
All food, drinks, snacks, and alcohol, as well as travel to and from the airport are included in the price when you book through our link. Each room also comes with its own butler service, and 1 bottle of premium liquor. If you don't drink, give it to Eric!!

What's not included in the all inclusive price?
Answer
Tips and excursions. While tipping is not required, it is recommended to bring small bills such as 1's and 5's for tipping shuttle drivers, waiters, bar staff, other hotel staff, and tour guides if you choose to go on an excursion. It can also be useful to have if you want to purchase a souvenir on the beach!

Does Romance Travel Group Coordinate Airfare?
Answer
No. Guests will need to coordinate, plan and book their own travel to the Dominican Republic. Romance Travel Group will coordinate your shuttle travel to and from the airport, so be sure to inform them of your arrival and departure times once your airfare is booked.

If Budget is an Issue...

We understand a destination wedding is a big ask and a big commitment. We ask that no one feel any pressure to attend, and know that we understand the sacrifice required for this type of travel. Please, use our wedding weekend as an excuse to book that vacation you've been needing! If you are unable to attend, reach out to us. We would still love to find a time to connect and celebrate in any way we can.

Should I purchase something from the registry too?
Answer
No! Your presence at our wedding is the best gift we could ask for! We do have a registry on our website for those who are unable to attend and would still like to help us celebrate, but by no means is this expected.

Are children invited?
Answer
We kindly ask that our dinner and ceremonies be child-free events, excluding our close family. We have a limited number of guests for each event, and including children would put us outside those parameters.
