We’re so excited to celebrate with you in São Paulo.
Here’s our recommended timeline:
📅 December 16 or 17 – Arrival in Brazil
We suggest arriving 2-3 days before the wedding to adjust to the 1-hour time difference, settle into your accommodation, and rest before the big day. This also gives you time in case of travel delays.
• Airport: São Paulo (GRU – Guarulhos)
• We’ll provide a list of recommended hotels and areas to stay
• Transportation tips and options will be shared upon request
💍 December 18 – Wedding Day!
• 4:00 PM – Guest Arrival
• 4:30 PM – Ceremony Begins
• 5:15 PM – Cocktail Hour
• 6:15 PM – Dinner & Toasts
• 8:00 PM – Cake and Desserts
• 8:30 PM–10:30 PM – Party & Dancing!
🎄 Post-Wedding Holidays (Optional)
• Dec 24–25 – Christmas with our families at a countryside house (you’re welcome to join!)
• Dec 31–Jan 1 – New Year’s Eve in Rio de Janeiro, fireworks on the beach 🌊
