Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive between 4:30 PM and 4:45 PM to allow time for seating. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Our venue is located less than two miles south of Broadway, conveniently close to downtown. There are plenty of hotel and Airbnb options available for your stay. If you prefer to be within walking distance of the venue, we recommend The Placemakr Wedgewood-Houston, where we have reserved a block of rooms (see the travel section for details). For accommodations closer to downtown, W Nashville in The Gulch is a great option. Please text Kaitlyn or Carter with any questions on where to stay.

Kindly respond by May 17th under the RSVP section.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a Uber QR code to use for transportation to and from the venue under the travel section on our website!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes when you RSVP, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal. We encourage guests to wear a suit and tie or a floor-length gown/formal cocktail dress.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Welcome Drinks will be from 7:00-9:00 pm on Friday June 20th at Proof in the W Nashville

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking at the venue will be limited, so we encourage guests to use Uber. A QR code for easy access will be available in the travel section. If you have questions regarding parking please let us know.
