The smart, sassy, and a tad smart-assy younger sister of the bride! Though the baby of the family, she's usually the one in charge. Not sure what time you need to board the shuttle? Need a detailed and color coded itinerary? Vanessa likely will have the answer for you. She is incredibly organized and loves planning events. Cailyne & Vanessa have been fortunate to share amazing memories together and have had the opportunity to travel internationally to incredible destinations with their family. She is always there when Cailyne needs her, and brings fun and creativity to any gathering she attends. Vanessa is not only Cailyne's sister, she's a best friend for life.
Roland Horwood

Son of the groom & bonus son of the bride! Though only 5 years old, Ro is ready to step up to the task of being his daddy's best man. What Ro lacks in stature, he makes up for with his whit, humor, and charm. Roland has been patiently waiting for his daddy to marry Cailyne and even helped his daddy stake out the place where he eventually proposed! Ro is always excited to tell people about his "blended family" and makes fast friends with anyone he meets. His favorite things include Sonic the Hedgehog, dinosaurs, the Ninja Turtles, soccer, Minecraft, & the Boston Bruins.
Leslie Grey

Leslie & Cailyne first met in 2016 when Leslie made a spontaneous move to Rhode Island from Oklahoma and happened to accept a job in the emergency department at Rhode Island Hospital. Cailyne had already been working in the ER for a few years and from the moment she met Leslie, she became intent on befriending her and bringing her into the fold of her friend group. After some persistence, Leslie eventually gave in and quickly became a core part of the friend group. Since then, she has been one of Cailyne's closest friends. Before Cailyne met Chris, Leslie was Cailyne's plus one on the annual Ghazarian family vacations. She is fiercely loyal, emphatic, and a friend to everyone she meets.
Mike Kravchuk

Mike and Chris have been best friends since they were 5 years old. They grew up playing hockey together and causing as much trouble as possible. Mike and Chris still play hockey; though, Mike is much better. Also working in law enforcement, Mike is a Detective in the next town over from Chris' department and is the person who originally recruited Chris to move to Rhode Island. Mike is also Roland's godfather and a fan favorite. Uncle Mike is the life of a party and we couldn't do this without him.
Katie Chadurjian

Cailyne and Katie met in 2013 while working in the emergency department of Rhode Island Hospital. Fun fact- Katie graduated the year after Cailyne from the same PA program, and then unknowingly followed her to RI to complete the same post-graduate emergency medicine fellowship! While Katie is more outdoorsy and Cailyne is bit more bougie, they still pair well as travel buddies and love finding new adventures together! They continued to work at Brown together for 10 years and when they felt like they were ready for a change, they made the move together to Providence Community Health Centers. Work besties for life! Cailyne & Katie lived a block away from each other during their single years and spent many evenings walking to each other's places for wine and Netflix nights. Cailyne is now an honorary Auntie to Katie's two little girls and is fortunate to still live in the same neighborhood as Katie!
Tom Bright

Tommy & Chris met while in law school at DePaul University in Chicago, and became fast friends. They were roommates and were happy to serve as hosts to the designated law school party house. Now all gown up, Tom is a Lt. Commander of the Navy Judge Advocate General's Corps (JAG) and proudly serves our country. Tommy is a steadfast friend no matter where in the world he happens to be. He is someone to admire- just not in fantasy football, because he is terrible.
Diana Afonso

Diana had already been working in the emergency department for a couple years when Cailyne first started practicing as a physician assistant at Brown in 2012. They became fast friends and the default duo for traveling to conferences and eventually trips for fun too! She now works with Cailyne & Katie at the Providence Community Health Center (this gal tribe sticks together). Diana comes from a large Portuguese family in Providence and is often teased that she is the unofficial mayor because she knows everyone! If you meet someone from Providence, ask if they know Diana Afonso- chances are they either know her, or are related to her! Diana is the life of the party and one of her greatest strengths is bringing people together. She's the eternal ray of sunshine!
Mike Sherman

Chris and Mike became friends when Chris joined the Newport Police Department, where Mike had already been working for a couple years. They helped protect the city and keep each other awake during their late watch (11PM -7AM) shifts. Outside of work, they shared many hikes, fished, and went off roading in Mike's beloved Bronco. They also ride together every year in the Police Unity Tour (a 4-day, 300 mile bike ride down to Washington DC in honor of fallen police officers). Mike (SherMAAAN) is a man who drops everything to lend a hand. He is a man who loves red hot dogs and fixing cars, he has a heart of gold, and the best sense of humor. He also makes a mean cowboy dinner!
Marqus Cole

Marqus is a close friend of Chris' from Law School at DePaul University in Chicago. He is the founding partner of his law practice in Georgia and provides diversity, equity, and inclusion training, consulting, and coaching to non-profits. Marqus is a deeply spiritual and faithful person who can always be counted on to listen when you need him. He is eloquent and genuine. Marqus has great taste in music, books, and movies. He and Chris also wear their respective badges of nerdiness proudly and will probably be overheard discussing the latest Star Wars or Marvel Universe developments.
