American Attendees: A return envelope was provided with US postage. Canadian Attendees: US postage was mistakenly provided for your return RSVP; please use Canadian postage on the return or RSVP via email to jana1029@hotmail.com.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
The wedding ceremony will begin at 5:30pm PST at the Harvest Inn. We ask that guests arrive between 5:00pm and 5:15pm.

What will your wedding-day timeline look like?
Answer
The wedding ceremony starts at 5:30pm on the Vin Rose Lawn. The cocktail hour on the Manor House lawn will follow. Dinner begins at 7:00pm on the Vineyard View Terrace. The festivities conclude with dancing and send-off of the Bride and Groom at 10:45PM.

Cocktail Attire: Cocktail dresses, dress jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place outdoors at the Harvest Inn. The post-reception music and dancing will take place indoors.

September weather in Napa County averages a high of 82°F (28°C) and a low of 55°F (13°C). Rain is very infrequent at that time.

Where is the wedding venue located?
Answer
The wedding will take place at the Harvest Inn, located at 1 Main St, St Helena. CA. St. Helena is within Napa County California, approximately the following distance from these landmarks: - San Francisco: 1.5 hours, 65 miles (105 kilometers) - Napa: 0.5 hours, 17 miles (27 kilometers) - Calistoga: 0.25 hours, 10 miles (16 kilometers) Each of the above locations offer abundant accommodations. Limited accommodations are available within the St Helena area at various price points. We recommend you book accommodations as soon as possible.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Answer
Parking is available at the Harvest Inn, but somewhat limited. Uber and Lyft services are also available to the venue.

Due to space constraints, we are unable to accommodate children.

Any dietary restrictions/allergies can be communicated through the RSVP card to be provided with the wedding invitations.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

The wedding ceremony will be an unplugged event. We ask that you save picture taking until cocktail hour.

Guest must RSVP through mail. The wedding invitations will include all necessary details.

The wedding reception will conclude at 10:30pm with a 10:45 PM send off of the bride and groom.

What health and safety measures will you be taking during the event?
Answer
We request that all guests be vaccinated against COVID-19. Please note that all travelers to the United States are currently required to show proof of vaccination when traveling by air.
