When should I RSVP by?

Answer

June 17th allows us for time to coordinate with the venue and finalize the seating chart. We appreciate your help with this!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

While your presence at such a special day for us is enough. But for those who have asked, we are registered at Target and Amazon. Or you can shop right on the registry tab here on the website.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are excited to get dressed up and celebrate. But we also want you to be comfortable in what you wear. Dressy casual- things like sundresses and khakis are great!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive about 15 minutes before the ceremony as you need to walk from the parking lot to the grotto and be seated as the wedding will start promptly at 5:30.

How do we get to the grotto?

Answer

It is a short walk down a paved walk way down to the ceremony space. However the venue staff will be running golf cart shuttles from the parking lot down to the seating area if you so choose.

Drinks are on us. Please make sure to bring your ID for bar staff.

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited space, we ask that only those whom are listed on your invite will be able to attend. We hope you can use this as a date night out.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

The ceremony is outside at the grotto but if it rains it will be moved into the chapel inside the main building. There will be signs to direct you. The reception is inside the West Cadet Ballroom rain or shine so no change will occur for cocktail hour or the reception. This decision is made morning of.
