FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Between semi-formal and cocktail attire. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Please no jeans. Outdoor spaces will be on a patio, so feel free to wear your dancing shoes!

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors on an open patio (weather permitting), and cocktail hour will be outdoors on a covered patio. A light sweater or jacket may be a good idea if it's chilly or rainy with the unpredictable New England weather. The reception will be indoors.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is a large parking lot with plenty of space as well as handicap parking.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue at 4:30pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm.

Question

Is there a shuttle on the wedding day?

Answer

Yes, there will be a schoolbus to take guests from the Holiday Inn to the venue and back to the hotel at the end of the night. It will pick guests up outside the hotel at 4:10pm to the wedding, and it will pickup at 10:40pm to bring guests from the wedding back to the hotel!

Question

What do I do if the shuttle arrives the same time my hotel check in is at?

Answer

If you want to take the shuttle but are checking into the hotel the day of the wedding, please call the hotel and request an early check in! If it's not available, we recommend getting ready at home, driving to the hotel and leave luggage with the front desk, then checking into your room after the wedding when the shuttle brings you back.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

We kindly request an adults only celebration to allow all guests to fully relax and enjoy the evening!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We can only accommodate those specifically named on invitations, so we ask that no additional guests or plus ones attend unless listed.

Question

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

No outside alcohol can be brought onto the venue premises, including any kind of favors or gifts. Any outside alcohol found will be confiscated and as a result, the bar will be closed down for the remainder of the wedding.
