We will have a welcome party at Full Frame Beer (walking distance from the hotel if you booked the hotel block). There will be dinner (BBQ) and plenty of drinks. It's right by the Rockies stadium where there will be a fireworks show for the fourth:)

Bus to Venue
3:30 pm - 3:45 pm
There are two busses- one at 3:30 and one at 3:45. They will be right outside the hotel at 1190 Auraria Parkway, Denver, CO 80204. The busses will leave the wedding venue at 10:30 to return to hotel.
Wedding (Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, Woodchucks Concert, and Reception)

Cocktail or Semi-Formal
It's probably going to be a bit hot, so I recommend wearing something light and comfy. Don't forget sunglasses:) After the ceremony there will be cocktail hour with Woodchucks concert, dinner, toasts, and a reception with a DJ.
Bus Back to Hotel
9:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Shuttle vans will be departing the venue at 9:00pm and 9:15pm for those who need to head back early (priority elderly relatives & kids). The final shuttles will leave at 10:30pm. There is room for everyone on the 10:30pm busses so don't feel obligated to leave early if you are having fun :-)
