Our story includes missed connections, cornhole, and a little luck. Like most, we met walking different paths, but still managed to cross them at just the right moments. Nick's favorite is the first time he realized Cailin is never far from her current book. Cailin's range from the time Nick admitted to sticking things in his ears, to the nicknames she secretly had for him. Ultimately, these little moments added up to the point where Cailin said NO to Nick's first and last cornhole partner request. What she did not realize however is that she said it with a smile and a little wink, so Nick knew he might have a shot at that forever partner instead.
