The shuttle service will depart from the hotel at 2:00 PM. To help us stay on schedule, we kindly ask that all guests be in the hotel lobby and ready to board before departure.
2:30 pm
Wedding party will be in tuxes and gowns, for guests suits and long dresses are welcome.
3:15 pm
Church to Cocktail Hour Shuttle: The shuttle service will be available from the church to the cocktail hour beginning at 3:15 PM, with a second shuttle departing at 3:30 PM. There is no rush to board—please take your time congratulating the newlyweds, visiting with family and friends, and taking photos after the ceremony. Each shuttle will depart once it is filled, so simply hop on when you're ready!
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Reception Parking & Shuttle: To help keep the road in front of our home clear and make parking easier for everyone, we kindly ask guests who are driving to park in the Kramer parking lot. Complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from the reception throughout the evening. If you're driving with family or friends, you're welcome to drop off your passengers at the top of the driveway before parking at the Kramer lot and taking the shuttle back yourself. Thank you for helping us keep things running smoothly—we truly appreciate it!

Time in between the cermeony and cocktail hour will be used for transportation. Please head to the venue within this time frame.
