Question

Where is the venue located?

Answer

The wedding will be held at Majestic Oaks in Waterford, CA. 13700 Yosemite Blvd. Waterford, CA 95386

Will food be provided?

Answer

Yes! We promise to feed you. Catering will be served by Food Fix.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Just a reminder... The wedding is outside in May in California. The weather is a bit unpredictable so be flexible with us. Hopefully it is bright and sunny but bring a sweater just incase.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There isn't necessarily a dress code per say. Think semi-formal and wear something you feel your cutest/handsomest in!

Will the venue be inside or outside?

Answer

We will be outside next to a beautiful river for both the venue and reception. Keep in mind the ground may be wet/muddy so wear shoes that are comfortable.

What is the timeline/plan for the day?

Answer

The ceremony will take start at 4PM, then after the ceremony the bride, groom, and bridal party will take photos while the guests enjoy a time of mingling and catching up with loved ones. Then the bridal party will rejoin and dinner will be served. After dinner the party starts! Reception will go until 10PM. Sadly, the city of Waterford has a noise ordinance stating that we cannot be loud past 10PM and we must be cleaned up and out of the venue by midnight! Feel free to stay and help clean up ;)

What time should I arrive?

Great question! The ceremony will start at 4PM so please plan accordingly. There is a reserved parking area at the venue but there will not be assigned seating besides the immediate families of the bride and groom, so if you would like a good seat and as respect to the bride and groom, please come and be seated earlier.

Where should I park?

Answer

Thankfully, there is a designated parking area at the venue so need to pay for pesky parking tickets! Once you arrive at the venue, follow the path all the way down and at the end to the right will be parking spaces. There will be someone to direct you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes absolutely!! We both love kids and hopefully we didn't miss any of your little ones when sending out the invitations. We will provide little activity books for the little littles to keep them entertained and we cannot wait to see them at the wedding with you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a tight guest list, so unless you were allotted a plus one on your invitation when you went to RSVP please do not bring any extra guests, as we will not have enough food and room for everyone.

Where should I get a hotel?

Answer

We recommend staying in Turlock or Oakdale, as they are both about 20 minutes from the venue. Some recommended hotels are Home2 Suites by Hilton, Holiday Inn Express & Suites, and SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Turlock or Holiday Inn Express in Oakdale.

Thank you for asking! PLEASE RSVP by April 4th, 2026, as that allows us time to do all the last minute prepping we need for the big day!
