When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by OCTOBER 25TH The venue has given us a deadline, and we must have a head count of attendees by this date to coordinate the necessary seating and food accommodations. If you do not RSVP by this date, we will sadly have to mark you as not attending.

What is the attire?

Answer

Semi-Formal / Cocktail Men: Tuxes are welcome, and so are suits, slacks & jackets Women: Evening gowns are welcome, and so are cocktail dresses, and mid-length dresses. *The bride and groom kindly ask that all guests wear the color BLACK*

Are children allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to do an adults-only wedding except for our ring bearer. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus-one, they will appear under your name in the RSVP section. Thank you for understanding, as table seating will be assigned accordingly.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

Yes, for wedding guests staying at the DFW Marriot Hotel and Golf Club at Champions Circle ONLY. We are providing a complimentary motor coach to and from the wedding venue. The motor coach will be waiting at the front of the hotel and will leave for The Nest at Ruth Farms PROMPTLY at 3:15 pm. After the Bride & Groom send-off (approximately 10pm), the coach will be ready for departure back to the Marriott. *Ubers and Lyfts can be scarce. Schedule in advance if using that option. *

What if I can't make it?

Answer

Your presence will surely be missed! Please RSVP "Will NOT Attend." If you have already RSVP'd attending, but determine that you cannot make it, please call or text Cailey at 817-291-4036 as soon as possible.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be indoors at the chapel. Cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting). Please check the weather forecast and consider bringing a sweater or jacket if the weather is projected to be cool but not inclement. The reception will be indoors at the reception hall.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, cash tips for the bartenders will be greatly appreciated!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm. Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to that time to mingle and be seated in the chapel. Late guests will not be allowed in the chapel if the ceremony has already begun.
