Our attire is Semi-Formal. Women are encouraged to wear a midi or tea-length cocktail dress, and men can opt for a suit or a jacket paired with dress slacks. Kindly avoid jeans or khakis.
If you are not relying on a shuttle, please arrive no later than 4:15 pm so that we can begin the ceremony as scheduled.
The venue has significantly limited parking availability. We have arranged for shuttles to pick up guests from the Hampton Inn and the Oakhurst Inn. The shuttles will depart for the venue at 3:45 PM. If you have mobility concerns or another reason to drive yourself, please just let us know in advance so we can coordinate with the venue. Uber/Lyft are also available in Charlottesville. Both the ceremony and reception are outdoors, so please plan accordingly. Historically, late April is around a 72 degree high and 50 degree low temp.
We ask that only named invitees attend the wedding due to the venue’s capacity.
