When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our attire is Semi-Formal. Women are encouraged to wear a midi or tea-length cocktail dress, and men can opt for a suit or a jacket paired with dress slacks. Kindly avoid jeans or khakis.

When should I arrive at the wedding?

Answer

If you are not relying on a shuttle, please arrive no later than 4:15 pm so that we can begin the ceremony as scheduled.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

The venue has significantly limited parking availability. We have arranged for shuttles to pick up guests from the Hampton Inn and the Oakhurst Inn. The shuttles will depart for the venue at 3:45 PM. If you have mobility concerns or another reason to drive yourself, please just let us know in advance so we can coordinate with the venue. Uber/Lyft are also available in Charlottesville. For out of town guests, please visit our travel page for directions to Charlottesville.

Are the events indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are outdoors, so please plan accordingly. Historically, late April is around a 72 degree high and 50 degree low temp.

Can I bring my kids or a plus one?

We ask that only named invitees attend the wedding due to the venue’s capacity.
