We were introduced through a random mutual connection and first met at a local Dallas bar, Christie’s, while watching a University of Kentucky game with our roommates. Go Cats! What started as a casual hangout quickly turned into a strong friendship. Over the next month, we spent more time together with friends and naturally found ourselves seeing each other more and more. Not long after, we went on our first official date, and from there everything continued to grow. We realized how many interests we shared, how aligned our values were, and how naturally every conversation came. Eventually, we decided we didn’t want to spend any more time dancing around what was clearly becoming our love story. That led to the perfect night filled with great food, our favorite question game at a local bar, and making our relationship official.
