An inital deposit of $100 will be made per person for the HOTEL ONLY option (not including flights) 2 guests with their own flights booked outside of the travel agency = $200 deposit to hold your room For hotel & airfare reservations the deposit is the full cost of the airfare or if offered based on airline, availability, etc. $250
Travel insurance may be purchased for a reservation at the time of making the reservation. The cost is depended on the reservation and if flights are involved for cash back option. Insurance covers cancel for any reason up to 24 hours before departure. For more information please reach out to the travel team.
Day passes are based on the hotel’s occupancy, please see below link to confirm availability and pricing: https://www.resortpass.com/hotels/dreams-vallarta-bay-resort-and-spa As for the wedding passes, they need to be booked through Karla Cruz the wedding coordinator. Guests can pay via a payment link and come on the wedding day just to attend the event—they won’t have access to the hotel facilities. Guests may arrive 1 hour before the ceremony and must leave 1 hour after it ends.
