The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm. We would like everyone to arrive at 4:15 to get settled in.

Even if our room block fills, the Park Plaza will likely have more space for a similar price. If you'd prefer to stay somewhere else, that is totally fine too! There are many great hotels in the area (even within walking distance), so I recommend you explore your options to see what is the best fit for you.
